Greta Van Fleet may be new on the rock scene, but the band has a much older sound.

In fact, it’s hard to deny that frontman Josh Kiszka’s vocals feel eerily similar to Robert Plant’s. Or that the band’s entire sound oozes Led Zeppelin. Or that they have the potential to be the next Led Zeppelin.

It’s a bold statement, for sure, but it’s not all that farfetched.

In a recent interview, Plant revealed that he not only knew of Greta Van Fleet but that the lead singer is “pretty good” and explains that there’s a job out there for him, Blabbermouth reports.

While Robert Plant tours North America this February, Greta Van Fleet announced they’ll play Coachella followed by a string of US shows this spring. GVF are also aiming to release their debut full-length album this summer.
