Watch Eddie Vedder Perform Pink Floyd's "Comfortably Numb" Alongside Roger Waters
At Roger Waters’ show last night in Chicago, the United Center’s audience was treated to surprise performance from none other than Eddie Vedder. Completely unannounced, the Pearl Jam frontman snuck onto the stage during Waters’ performance of the beloved Pink Floyd song “Comfortably Numb” to sing David Gilmour’s parts.
This wasn’t the first “Comfortably Numb” duet done by these two. As Rolling Stone notes, they previously sang the song together at Madison Square Garden for the 12:12:12 Hurricane Sandy benefit concert.
THANK YOU TO MY FRIEND EDDIE FOR SINGING WITH US TONIGHT, BEAUTIFUL!! @PearlJam @UnitedCenter #usandthemtour #rogerwaters #eddievedder pic.twitter.com/vvNmyrTcBB
