Boo & Brew Ball

Dress for Success Wichita's 14th annual Boo & Brew Bash, for which proceeds directly benefit women looking to re-enter the workforce and become financially self sufficient, will be held from 8 p.m. to midnight, Saturday, Oct. 24, at Venue 3130. This year’s event will have a formal masquerade theme, featuring live music by Annie Up, a group and individual costume contest, heavy hors d’oeuvres and adult beverages, live and silent auctions, a costume contest and an opportunity to take part in an exclusive giveaway for a pair of diamond earrings.

Brew Ha-Ha

Join Kansas Big Brothers Big Sisters serving Sedgwick County on Friday, November 6th from 6:30pm -10:00pm at Flint Hills National.

Your evening begins at the clubhouse where you will be transported by party buses to five lodges on the Flint Hills acreage. Each lodge is uniquely themed to sample beer pairings while enjoying the culinary arts of some of Wichita's top chefs. If you're more of a Wine Snob, you must purchase a tumbler to sample the evening's wine parings. Order yours in advance or take your chances at the door!

4th Annual Craft show and Fall Festival

On November 7th Circle Oil Hill Elementary PTO in El Dorado, Kansas will have their 4th Annual Craft show and Fall Festival. The event includes breakfast, bingo, kids craft room, touch-a-truck, bake sale, raffles and 50+ vendors.

The money raised will purchase technology upgrades, replacing the playground mulch and in many other ways. With the Kansas school budgets being the way they are, more purchases are becoming PTO responsibility.

A Drive Thru Christmas

A Drive-Through Christmas, presented by Countryside Christian Church, partnering with and in benefit for Youth Horizon and the 184th Family Support Organization at McConnell Air Force Base on December 11 & 12 and December 18 & 19, 2015 from 6-9pm at 1919 S. Rock Road, Wichita. From the comfort of your car, experience the true story of Christmas as you drive through beautiful light displays and narrated scenes from the events surrounding Jesus’ birth. In the spirit of reaching out to assist those in our community, please consider bringing a canned food item or a monetary gift. All proceeds will benefit Youth Horizon and the 184th Family Support Organization.
